Winter hardy ferns
Winter hardy ferns are ideal for creating lushness in the garden as they can withstand cold winters and frost. They thrive best in shade or partial shade and prefer moist, nutrient-rich, well-drained soil.
When planting ferns, it is best to do so in the spring or autumn. Make sure to give them a sheltered location, especially from the wind. Remove dead leaves in spring to make room for new leaves to unfold.
